0-1 Strategic Definition & Briefing
Every outstanding project begins with a clear and comprehensive brief. We take the time to listen and fully understand you, your home and your objectives. Alongside this, we offer guidance on opportunities, constraints and potential challenges, ensuring the project is set up for success from the outset. This stage forms the foundation for all design decisions that follow.

2 Concept Design
Once the brief is agreed, we develop a range of initial design ideas that explore layout, light, materiality and atmosphere. These concepts are presented through drawings, sketches and initial 3D views, helping you visualise the possibilities and make informed decisions that align with your vision.

3-4 Spatial Coordination & Technical Design
Your preferred design is developed in detail using Building Information Modelling (BIM) to ensure accuracy and coordination. Where required, we manage planning applications, Licence to Alter submissions and Building Control coordination. We also produce comprehensive technical drawings and specifications, enabling accurate pricing from trusted contractors and suppliers.

5 Construction
We remain closely involved during construction, carrying out regular site inspections to ensure the project is delivered in line with the agreed drawings and specifications. Attention to detail, collaboration and clear communication are key throughout this stage.

6-7 Completion & Handover
Final inspections and sign off. Once complete, the focus shifts to what matters most — enjoying your newly transformed home.
